Our juice Extraction Facility maintains the highest levels of Cleanliness and strict Hygiene, governed by high operational standards. Our manufacturing plant is situated in a very clean locality surrounded by Greenery and Fresh air. We diligently follow all processes related to and guided by Food Safety, general hygiene and sanitary requirements. Our entire Production area is Air conditioned and operates at 16 degree Centigrade so that a cold, clean environment is maintained.

Raw Materials

Only best quality, Farm Fresh Vegetables are used in all our juices.

3 Stage Washing

We follow 3 stage washing and sanitization of all vegetables.

Cold Pressing

Juice is extracted by a high-tech Cold-Press machine. Cold-Pressed technology is a Superior Juice extraction technology by which juice is squeezed slowly by pressing the vegetables in a specialized juice press. No heat is generated, No Oxidation takes place during juicing and all Nutrients and live Enzymes which are much needed by your body remain intact.

Packaging

Juice is immediately packaged by high speed, fully automatic packaging machine ensuring the least possible exposure to air so that juice quality is at its best. Standard half litre Sterilised pouches of 80 micron thickness, Virgin, Food-grade, polyethylene (Similar to milk Pouches).

Refrigeration

Packaged juice is immediately refrigerated till the time the entire production is completed.

Distribution

Once the entire production is over, juice is immediately dispatched in cold containers and is out for distribution to your homes. Straight out of the factory and Direct to your homes in 1-3 hours of extraction, giving you the FRESHEST juice that you can ever get.
